Test Engineer

Resonant Sciences LLC is seeking a Test Engineer to join our Dayton, Ohio team. This role supports the development of advanced technologies for the nation’s war fighters. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter, capable of working independently, and will collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.

• Measure and characterize electromagnetic materials and structures, applying both theoretical knowledge and practical laboratory execution.
• Document test procedures and results in clear, structured reports.
• Consult with cross‑functional teams to capture test data and support decision making.
• Communicate technical findings to internal and external customers.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
• Minimum five years of aerospace industry experience, especially in testing and documentation.
• Proficiency in writing reports and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MATLAB, LabVIEW, electromagnetic analysis (HFSS or CST), and CAD tools (Rhino or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with a fast‑paced work ethic.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must be eligible for Top‑Secret clearance; active clearance preferred.
