One Line Drawing Review and Stamp for Permitting
Provide one‑line drawings and conduct reviews for commercial electrical projects, including small commercial solar and electrical work in existing structures. Work with the team during early design stages, perform red‑mark review and markup if needed, then stamp the drawings for permitting.
Responsibilities- Prepare one‑line drawings with site plans for small commercial solar and electrical projects.
- Collaborate with the design team during initial stages to review and assess drawings.
- Apply red‑mark and markups as required.
- Stamp the final drawings for contracting and permitting purposes.
- P.E. (Professional Engineer) license in electrical (or related field) with experience on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in one‑line drafting and permitting processes.
