Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Dayton, OH team. This role offers an opportunity to work with an elite team of engineers, technicians and professionals focused on designing, developing, and producing state‑of‑the‑art technologies that support our nation’s war fighters.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems. The scope of work includes research and development from initial concept through requirements definition, topology selection, detailed design, analysis, optimization, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and delivery to the customer.

• Design electrical and electronic systems for specific applications.
• Create and manage technical documentation, including interface control documents and design reports.
• Manage projects from concept to production.
• Analyze and translate high‑level requirements into detailed system specifications.
• Plan and conduct tests to verify system performance.
• Resolve issues with systems as they arise.
• Ensure all designs and systems comply with relevant regulations.
• Analyze design risks, anticipate and mitigate risks, and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers.
• Travel as needed to support program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree required; an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of hands‑on experience using RF test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• Programming capability in C, VBA, Python, or MATLAB.
• Experience ensuring design meets performance, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills for effective teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance;
  Special Access Program experience preferred.
