** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 2 or more years of related experience
* Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
* Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams
* Understanding of requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Ability to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
* Technical problem solving skills and ability to develop innovative technical solutions.
* Ability to guide technical designs through development into a final deliverable product.
* Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision.
* Proven successful experience in project definition, simulation, implementation, lab integration and test.
* Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques
