We're looking for a problem solver who can use their skills to help perform detailed analyses, including the evaluation of the detectability of airborne systems and survivability analyses of weapon systems and platforms to be deployed in future combat scenarios. This is an opportunity to hone your technical abilities on significant and current engineering problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.

Our modeling and simulation team performs a variety of analyses of future weapon and platform concepts for DoD clients. We develop the detailed models and simulations as required by those analyses. That's why we need you, an engineer, physicist, or mathematician, with an interest in RF systems, radar signal processing, antenna modeling, and operational approach assessments. While working with a broad and experienced team, you'll perform modeling tasks, radar signal processing code development, and the refinement of ground system models in Fortran, C++, MATLAB, and Simulink.

You'll directly impact the Department of Defense's mission by helping determine what tactics, techniques, and procedures improve survivability and decrease vulnerability against foreign threat systems as well as helping make an informed decision for the acquisition of future systems.

You Have:

* Experience with coding in MATLAB, C, C++, FORTRAN, or Python

* Experience with modeling and simulation programs such as the Threat Modeling and Analysis Program (TMAP) radar modeling, Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environments (ITASE), the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB), or Air Force Simulation (AFSIM)

* Experience with engineering and mathematics

* Secret clearance

* Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with Linux

* Experience with modeling and simulation tools

* Knowledge of radar principles for antenna, signal processing, and tracking filters

* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
