• Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need
• Provide advice & support to the Project Lead, and assist in delivering infrastructure projects, and professional assignments
• Abilityto take a simple brief from Project Lead and help deliver project solutions that support the project outcome
• Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned project activity, tracking resources assigned to each project, and liaison with customers to ensure minimal impact to Client
• Assessmentof project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective
• Developcapability in application of Arcadis processes and tools
• Managing Client, external stakeholders and team relationships in related activity area and/or workstream

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction & Management or relevant discipline
• Infrastructure experience in Highway/Tunnel/Railway/Utility is needed
• Client facing & project management experience is needed
• Proven track record with 10-12+ years of relevant experience
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
• Require good competency in communication and planning experiences
• Very good spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in using MS Applications
