The Engineer Systems Architect performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems across all life‑cycle levels, including test, installation, operation, maintenance, and sustainability.

• Designs and develops system architectures, defining key capabilities and performance requirements.
• Defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements.
• Develops system element architecture, design, and interface definitions.
• Defines system implementation approach and operational concept.
• Develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.

• 2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 0 years experience with a Master’s in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum Secret clearance required to start; must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with enhanced security checks.
• Experience in Radar or RF systems.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑starter – takes initiative to research, learn, and deliver; anticipates challenges.

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
