Mission Operations / Aerospace & Defense Multiple locations
· Palm Bay, FL and Dayton, OH (extensive travel; approximately 7+ months/year on-site in Dayton) Full-Time
· Permanent
Full-time, permanent role with the Palm Bay, Florida facility at 1395 Troutman Blvd NE and training support in Dayton, Ohio. Requires extensive travel and approximately 7+ months per year on-site supporting training operations in Dayton. Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph currently in use; the exact Dayton facility is to be confirmed.
Why This Role- Relevant backgrounds include military technical instructor, systems engineer, Integration & Test Engineer, mission operations, SATCOM, C4
ISR, radar, UAV/UAS, electronic warfare, tactical communications, and military systems maintenance - Complex communications systems, systems integration, hardware/software integration, testing, troubleshooting, and system configuration
- Maintaining development/test/production environments; classroom and hands-on instruction; training material development and customer instruction
- Verification/validation, Train-the-Trainer, and military training certifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph currently in use
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience, graduate degree plus 2 years, or approximately 8 years of relevant experience without a degree
