Job Description HII – Mission Technology is looking for a Senior Engineer to support a program at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Applicant would be the deputy engineer for the RF integrated capability team. An active TS/SCI clearance and SAP experience is required.#LI-JA1

Job Responsibilities Apply engineering and scientific principles, criteria, and processes to improve the performance and sustainability of existing programs and projects

Interpret digital transformation strategies at the department and center levels and develop implementation plans for assigned programs or portfolios

Assist in converting user requirements into system requirements to support the design, development, fabrication, testing, and evaluation of systems, subsystems, and equipment

Help translate requirements and technology needs into action plans and policies that strengthen manufacturing, operations, remanufacturing, and demilitarization capabilities for weapon systems

Perform technical and mission analyses of existing and potential operational requirements

Develop and review system design baselines, including architecture and interoperability requirements

Review system, segment, and equipment specifications, as well as interface control documents associated with assigned programs

Support and conduct assessments of engineering performance, operational effectiveness, cost effectiveness, lifecycle cost, producibility, maintainability, supportability, reliability, and schedule risk, including trade‑off studies

Conduct systems analyses, including design feasibility evaluations and assessments of state‑of‑the‑art technologies

Provide systems and subsystem integration support for the acquisition, development, and verification of systems and equipment

Support the full weapon system lifecycle, including analysis of alternatives, investment strategy development, manufacturing, sustainment, and end‑of‑life processes
