Amusement Associate

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department. Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy being around people in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire!

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answer phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seek constant improvement of department work processes to be more efficient and cost-effective.
• Comply with and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

• High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during busy times; ability to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.

• 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
• 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
• 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
• 50% discount on food items per working shift.
• 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.
