Event Staff

We are hiring Event Staff to assist with promotional events, attendee engagement, and on-site event activities. This position is suited to energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and contributing to successful events.

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown
• Arrange promotional displays, signage, materials, and supplies
• Welcome attendees and provide general event information
• Share approved information about featured products, services, and promotions
• Help distribute promotional materials when appropriate
• Maintain an organized and presentable event space
• Support event activities and respond to routine attendee questions
• Coordinate with team members to keep activities running smoothly
• Help identify and communicate event-related needs to supervisors
• Gather attendee feedback and share observations after events

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable interacting with the public in an active environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
• Previous event, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
