Event Assistant

We are seeking a dependable Event Assistant to help prepare, coordinate, and support events and promotional activities. The successful candidate will assist with event logistics, materials, attendee support, and on‑site tasks while working closely with the event team.

• Assist with preparing event spaces, equipment, displays, and promotional materials.
• Help organize supplies and ensure required materials are available before activities begin.
• Welcome attendees and provide general information about event schedules and activities.
• Support registration, attendee direction, and other event-related tasks.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate responsibilities and address changing needs.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas.
• Monitor inventory of event materials and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow event instructions, company procedures, and applicable safety guidelines.
• Provide general assistance to help events run smoothly and efficiently.
