This role will lead a team of financial analysts, responsible for comprehensive financial modeling and in-depth variance analysis. You will drive the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing critical insights to stakeholders. The position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
Must-Have Skills- 5 - 8 Years Experience
- Supervise and mentor a team of analysts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Prepare insightful financial reports for management.
- Drive improvements in financial processes.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Expertise in financial forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in corporate finance or a similar business operations environment is preferred.
