The Senior Account Representative is responsible for billing services/charges to the appropriate payer, validating receipt of electronic and hard copy claims, reviewing assigned accounts receivable, monitoring payment trends, and maintaining good customer service with patients and payers. The incumbent interfaces with office staff and performs other duties as assigned.

• Billing assigned claims in a timely manner and following up appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate billing records and accounts receivable.
• Monitoring payment trends and communicating with payers.
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and payers.
• Cooperating with office staff and fulfilling additional responsibilities as needed.

• High School completion or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and third‑party billing procedures desired.
• DME billing collection experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Computer skills preferred.
