Medical Assistant - Neurology - Full Time - 1st Shift - Monday - Friday
This position performs both clinical and clerical functions in the clinic. The Medical Assistant performs routine clinical skills for patient care—including taking vital signs, weight, height, and assisting with procedures as needed. Responsibilities include documenting in EPIC, ensuring timely completion of documentation for provider notes, managing patient flow, chaperoning, stocking rooms, ordering tests and supplies, and performing services delegated by the RN, nurse practitioner, or physician.
Interaction with other department personnel is essential to maintain timely patient flow and provide high-quality customer service.
