OverviewThis field‑based Clinical Specialist supports the Pelvic Health groups in surgical coverage, follow‑up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education within a territory. The role may also involve basic market development activities as required.
Responsibilities will be carried out in a remote capacity from within the territory, with regular travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance are required.
ResponsibilitiesMust Have:
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
- Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Clinical skill and knowledge (e.g., simple trial, implant, pump refill).
- Experience with implantable Neuromodulation products and stimulation.
- Experience servicing medical personnel on product use.
- Experience in urology, surgical, RN, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic, operating room, or home health care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, coaching, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

- Must drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
Competitive salary range (U.S. excluding Puerto Rico): $64,000 – $96,000. Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to earn significant incentive compensation.
