Job Details:
Kettering Health Dayton | Dayton | Full-time | Nights (7 on - 7 off)

• Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting
• Provide pharmaceutical information to a multidisciplinary health care team, engage in kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications
• Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active state of Ohio pharmacist license
• Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills
