Location: Dayton, Ohio

Position Type: Part-Time (weekend and night differential offered)

Schedules Available: 6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am including rotating weekends

We are looking for dedicated caregivers to assist our residents with daily living activities and support their emotional well-being. You will help residents lead fulfilling lives while maintaining their dignity.

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and foster a warm environment.
• Follow residents' service plans and ensure their care needs are met.
• Mentor new caregivers and coordinate care schedules.
• Document care activities and maintain safety compliance.

• Compassionate and eager to improve residents’ lives.
• Effective communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Team player committed to collaboration.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; previous experience preferred.
• Experience working in assisted living preferred.
