Travel RN - Psychiatric

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Behavioral Health night shift position requiring an OH or compact RN license and recent psychiatric nursing experience.

Job Details

• Position is in a behavioral health unit within a healthcare facility,

• Patient population includes adults requiring psychiatric and behavioral health care,

• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• Potential floating may be required within a 25-mile radius,

Job Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of 2 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience,

• Current BLS certification required (RCIS and RQI certifications not accepted),

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

• Must provide full US Social Security Number for consideration,

• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment,

• Cannot be currently employed in a permanent position within the health system,

Additional Information

• Staff are required to clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system,

• Candidates who reside within 50 miles are classified as locals and may receive local rates,

• Must be resigned in the Health Trust HR system to be eligible for travel assignments,

• Must provide date of birth for consideration,
