The Speech Pathologist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, depending on the service area.
The therapist meets productivity standards and satisfactorily completes and maintains all required documentation.
The Speech Pathologist maintains a “Patient First” orientation and meets Miami Valley Hospital customer service standards. The candidate will serve as a flexible member of both disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, including assisting others as needed and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients across multiple age groups and specializations.
Maintain productivity standards and complete all required documentation accurately.
Participate in interdisciplinary teams and assist colleagues as needed.
Education- Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathology Program.
- Valid state of Ohio license to practice Speech Pathology.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required within 30 days of hire.
