Description:

Full-time home health physical therapist position available. The role involves providing therapy services in the home environment. The candidate will cover various territories in the designated area. Experience in home health is preferred. Candidates must have a valid state license prior to starting. Charting experience with Home Care Home Base is preferred, but not mandatory. This position does not require any travel experience.
