Shifts include 4p-8p Mon, Tue; 8a-1p and 4p-8p Wed, Fri, with every-other weekend.
You’ll support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement while helping them reach personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
