Guest Room Attendant | Dayton Fairfield Inn Water Street
Join our award–winning team at Shaner Hotels! We’re looking for a motivated Guest Room Attendant to join our energetic hotel crew in the Water Street District of Dayton, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Work a flexible schedule that fits guests’ needs — weekends, holidays, and different shifts keep things interesting.
- Tackle guest requests and complaints with care, ensuring everyone leaves happy.
- Deliver spotless rooms and maintain high standards of quality.
- Follow house rules and safety procedures to keep guests and crew secure.
- Keep your housekeeping cart organized and fully stocked, returning it at shift’s end.
- Assist with deep cleaning and seasonal projects to keep the hotel sparkling.
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed – we’re a team and support each other.
- At least one year of cleaning experience (hotel background is a plus).
- Friendly, clear communicator comfortable talking with guests, management, and teammates.
- Knows how to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage.
