Human Resources Manager
The Mother of God family of parishes in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a qualified, forward‑thinking Human Resources Manager to support strategic initiatives at its three campus locations.
Responsibilities- Employee recruiting and onboarding
- Developing and implementing compensation plans
- Maintaining employee handbooks
- Preparing training programs
- Enforcing human resource policies
- Supporting supervisors with human resource needs
- Conflict resolution
- Helping form a high‑performing workplace culture
This full‑time position includes a generous medical benefit package, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or related field)
- Three or more years of directly applicable experience
- Preference will be given to practicing Catholic applicants
- Location: Kettering, Ohio
