As our Counselor Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind sourcing, engaging, and hiring top‑tier counseling professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, design strategic outreach, and help shape a team committed to overcoming the opioid epidemic.

• Strategically source and attract top counselor talent across multiple states.
• Build pipelines through community engagement, digital platforms, colleges, and job boards.
• Conduct resume reviews, pre‑screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Guide hiring managers and a seamless recruitment journey.
• Keep our ATS up‑to‑date and optimize job postings.
• Provide insightful recruitment reports and analytics.
• 50% travel required for onsite visits

• 1–2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (multi‑site/multi‑state is a plus!).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• A proactive, positive attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
