- Gather requirements and scope reporting and dashboard needs using Power BI or similar technologies
- Develop product strategy and business requirements for new features or products
- Partner with stakeholders to define and measure core KPIs while facilitating meetings to align priorities
- Continuously seek customer and market input to drive application platform innovation
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with knowledge of CRM applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and visualization reporting tools, particularly Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce
- Knowledge of AI products and services, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile certifications
- Experience in government contracting
