The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
** MUST hold ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance
** Overview Comp Tech is seeking a qualified IT Cloud Support Specialist to support our customer the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering customer support services related to cloud-based application migration and the deployment of new cloud solutions. Scope of Work

Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with customers to scope and plan cloud initiatives
* Assist with the execution of cloud projects
* Research, diagnose, and report technical issues
* Consult with users to gather requirements and define solution needs
* Develop business cases to support project decisions
* Ensure adherence to information security and cybersecurity policies and best practices
* Facilitate Change Management activities
* Support configuration management processes
* Provide cloud cost analysis support to assist with cloud hosting financial planning
* Generate cloud planning estimates and forecast projected costs
* Support the EH Office by reporting, consolidating, and validating data for cloud financial reporting requirements
* Research and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to optimize and reduce cloud costs Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Cloud Hosting

Certifications:

* IA Level: IAT-II One of the following:
* CCNA Security
* CySA+
* GICSP
* Security+ CE
* SSCP
* CASP+ CE
* CCNP Security
* CISA
* CISSP (or Associate)
* GCED
* And one of the following:
* AWS Cloud Practitioner AWS Developer Associate § AWS Solutions Architect § AWS Sys Ops Administrator § AWS Dev Ops Engineer § AWS Solution Architect § AWS Advanced Networking § AWS Data, Analytics §
