Our Software Support Specialists interact with both internal and external customers to deliver a high level of technical support. In this role, you will serve as the single point of ownership for computer software issues and are responsible for assuring customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to increase your knowledge through various certifications.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
- Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
