We are seeking a hands‑on Break‑Fix/Refresh Technician to join our IT team in the Greater Dayton area. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the IT field while providing direct hardware support to hospital and clinic staff. The technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and replace IT hardware across multiple hospital and clinic locations.
Responsibilities- Device Refresh & Deployment
- Replace outdated desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Set up and configure workstations for hospital staff.
- Image and reimage devices for future use.
