Responsibilities
- We are looking for individuals who have either been on a helpdesk, who have prior customer service or phone support experience or candidates who are looking to kick off their IT careers. This organization is rapidly growing and needs motivated people to join their team. This team will essentially be a hypercare support arm for stores that have recently converted to a new point-of-sale system.
