• Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather and document business requirements
• Develop clear agile User Stories and Features to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Assist with root cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues in business processes
• Participate in feature refinement meetings and contribute to the preparation of test scenarios
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across various levels

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in requirements management
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with EDI, Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment, specifically Medicaid/Medicare
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation practices

• Experience with EDIFEC's platform
• Familiarity with Agile processes and ceremonies
• Experience in designing interfaces or mocking up user interfaces for various platforms
• Certifications in core technical systems such as Facets, CCA, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
• Certifications in Agile methodologies or Business/System Analyst roles
