We're now seeking a Growth Manager with expertise in SEO & organic growth strategies to lead our growth initiatives and help us scale to the next level.

• Plan & execute a growth plan for organic traffic and revenue while focusing on customer value
• Strategize the new content needed to meet our AEO / SEO goals while optimizing existing content that delivers results already
• Educate and provide regular feedback to writers on headlines, keyword usage, keyword analysis, and related aspects of AEO / SEO
• When needed, roll your sleeves and do some of the writing / editing yourself
• Drive mentions and visibility for Opinion Stage across leading websites, forums, and social channels.
• Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic / ranks
• Audit and measure our AEO / SEO development, implement changes to prevent rank losses in line with search engines & LLMs
• Develop competitor gap analysis, including link analysis / anchor text distribution
• Keep up-to-date with relevant AI tools, and verify they are fully integrated into our processes
• Push forward video initiatives that drive reach & growth
