DEPT: I.T. CUSTOMER SUPPORT Full-Time / SHIFT VARIES

Note:

Candidates must be willing to commute and work  in-person  to the Dayton, Ohio area Essential Duties & Functions Receives assignments and works under supervision of his/her immediate manager or senior-level team member
1. Demonstrates progressive growth in capabilities, productivity, and delivery as capability and capacity develops.
2. Provides technical support to System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk, and Field Support staff.
3. User provisioning.
4. Certificate tracking.
5. Finger printing.
6. Workstation and printer file creation for import.
7. Directory, distribution list maintenance.
8. Meeting equipment room set up.9. Configuring devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices.
10. Building/configuring PC/Laptops.
11. Building configuring Servers.

Education Minimum Level of

Education Required:

High School completion / GED Currently pursuing an interest in Technology related fields. Preference of pursuing certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.

IT Fundamentals Comp TIA:
Network+ Fundamentals COMP TIA: A+Google: IT Support Certification Google Project Management Certificate Interest in Digital Health and technology, basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking concepts and/or business workflow.

Other experience requirements:
Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
