B&A is seeking an Infrastructure Application and Database SME – Oracle to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Database Infrastructure Support Services.

• Period of Performance: 1 Base + 1 Option Year

Note:

The primary place of performance will be at the contractor’s place of performance and/or Off-Site. Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at one of the following DLA sites:
Dayton, OH;
Columbus, OH;
Tracy, CA;
New Cumberland, PA;
Richmond, VA;
Battle Creek, MI; or Philadelphia, PA.

• Lead design, implementation, security, performance optimization, patching, and migration of Oracle enterprise databases.
• Lead Oracle high availability, replication, backup/recovery, disaster recovery and OEM 13c monitoring; mentor DBAs and engineers.

• Ten years of database administration and infrastructure management focused on Oracle.
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal enterprise Oracle database environments.
• Hands-on Oracle administration, OEM 13c, replication, disaster recovery, cybersecurity and technical leadership.

• One of the following CE:
  Oracle OCA/OCP or Oracle Web Logic Server 12c or higher
