Role overview
We are looking for a System Administrator
- Dev Ops to join Quality & Reliability (QnR) The System Administrator
- Dev Ops will be part of the team that manages and maintains systems, applications and networks either on premises or for clients.
QnR Groupis a technology group with 35 years of experience, 8 companies, 4 delivery centers and 210+ professionals across Greece, Belgium, Cyprus and Poland. Listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2000, we deliver mission-critical digital transformation projects for the public and private sector. The Group’s capabilities covers software engineering, enterprise and generative AI, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, SAP and Service Now solutions, core banking and maritime intelligence.
What you’ll work on:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Monitor and maintain system security and integrity
- Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud-based systems and applications
- Deploy, manage, and maintain on premises systems and applications, either own or customers
- Design, implement, and manage systems and networks to ensure maximum performance and availability
- Manage and maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and usage
- Develop and maintain system and procedures documentation
- Develop and manage Dev Ops processes and procedures, using either custom approaches or CI/CD environments
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in system administration and Dev Ops
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or proven 5+ year experience in the above fields
- Experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Experience with cloud-based systems and applications (Providers: Azure, Oracle Cloud)
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Knowledge of Dev Ops best practices
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
