Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day tasks of your agency
  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members
  • Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources
  • Be outstanding at relationship building
  • Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
Requirements
  • Licensing, Registrations &

    Experience:

    appropriate licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FWNL and FFS
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry
  • Agree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and/or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable, the Series 63 registration within ninety (90) days of a written request
  • Satisfactory results of a background check
