• Review and organize files; review docket for deadlines.
• Prioritize workload to meet foreign filing deadlines and due dates.
• Prepare and review appropriate correspondence from foreign patent associates and to clients and associates regarding new applications, formal requirements, filing details, etc.
• Assist in filing of U.S., International (PCT), and foreign patent applications (including preparation and review of necessary filing documents).
• Process Office Actions from U.S. and foreign patent offices.
• Familiarity with the USPTO Patent Center, and experience filing patent applications and responses therein.
• Prepare, maintain and update reports for clients regarding status of applications and patents, including reporting filing receipts for applications, publication notices and forwarding patent certificates.

• Minimum of 2-5 years Intellectual Property experience and previous foreign filing experience, and strong computer skills.
• General knowledge of Patent Prosecution rules/regulations.
• Detail oriented, highly skilled, flexible and ability to prioritize a busy workload.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required for successful achievement.
