Dayton, Ohio. This role is primarily on‑site, with hybrid remote flexibility available after the first 90 days. Additional flexibility may be considered for experienced lateral candidates.
NoteThis role requires active Ohio Bar admission and 5+ years of litigation experience. Candidates must be comfortable independently managing a litigation docket.

Job Description- Manage an active caseload of defense litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Handle depositions, written discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Litigate matters involving insurance defense, premises liability, auto and trucking claims, construction defects, subrogation, and coverage disputes
- Work directly with a senior partner on each file with full strategic support
- Collaborate with experienced paralegal and legal support staff to move cases efficiently
- Represent clients in state and federal courts across Ohio
- 5+ years of civil or criminal litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license in good standing
- Proven experience handling depositions and dispositive motions
- Ability to manage a high‑volume docket with minimal oversight
- Strong written, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Supportive, collaborative environment with real mentorship
