This PE client is a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in professional, residential, and tech services. This specific holding company is focused on acquiring and growing residential home services companies.
This is an opportunity to be a General Manager at one of the company’s partner brands. The GM will oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to-day operations and drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture, and develop all staff and management.
You will own the full operating P&L of a specific geography in the continental US and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions that occur in your market area
- Hiring and managing business leaders within your company
- Partnering with peer CEOs to ensure that best practices are shared across the full platform
- Working with peers and leadership to share best practices
Your Professional Qualifications:
Strong academic profile. Can be right out of MBA or have 2-3 years experience in finance, sales, operations, etc.
