• Lead, support, and coach a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure residents receive personalized services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Oversee daily operations from scheduling, meal planning, and budgeting to keeping the home safe and well maintained.
• Coordinate medical care, health appointments, and medication management with accuracy and compassion.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that support residents growth and goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state, county, and federal standards.

• A strong communicator and mentor, able to guide staff and build a positive team culture.
• Highly organized with excellent record‑keeping and problem‑solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable balancing hands‑on care with administrative responsibilities.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.).
• Licensed to drive and eligible to operate agency vehicles.
