General Manager – 3PL

Staci Americas is hiring a General Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑client site in Dayton, NJ, reporting to the VP of Operations. The salary range is $130,000‑$140,000.

• Mentor, coach and develop all levels of staff
• Clearly communicate vision, strategy, and expectations to the team
• Manage operations departments including (but not limited to):
  Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Packing, Value‑Added (VAS), Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory Control
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance
• Design, strategize and set goals for revenue growth
• Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and clients as required
• Meet and communicate with clients regularly
• Provide creative solutions to various issues (i.e., employee relations, profitability, etc.)
• Support and drive organizational initiatives
• Work cross‑functionally with peers and network partners to implement change

• 5+ years minimum experience as a General Manager or a similar role
• BSc/BA in Supply and Logistics Management, Applied Management or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Skype) and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong coaching, decision‑making, time management and communication skills
• Ability to maintain budget, motivate people, develop financial plans and prioritize tasks to increase productivity
• Proficiency in analyzing situations accurately and effectively
