The Jefferson Twp. Local School District Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the superintendent position.
The district seeks a collaborative, visible, and student-focused leader who will strengthen Jefferson Township’s proud community and support continued growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate- Strong strategic and organizational skills to guide clear district direction.
- A confident public presence who can positively promote district achievements.
- A transparent, trusting partnership with the Board, keeping members informed and aligned.
- A commitment to student achievement, making thoughtful, data-informed decisions that include staff and community perspectives.
- Visionary planning abilities to drive continuous improvement in academics and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with staff, families, students, and community partners.
- High visibility and approachability, actively participating in school and community events.
- Supportive team leadership, with the ability to develop and inspire staff at all levels.
- Superintendent experience preferred, but not required.
