A company is looking for a Director of Compliance to lead and manage all compliance activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs across various frameworks
- Lead internal and external audit management and oversee third-party risk management activities
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies on compliance matters
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Information Security)
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit roles within technology or regulated industries
- Deep expertise in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and HIPAA
- Proven leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams
- U.S. citizenship required; must be based in the United States
