Job Description HII – Mission Technology is looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager Subject Matter Expert to support a position located at Wright-Patterson AFB, or Palmdale, CA.  Must have a TS/SCI clearance.

Essential

Job Responsibilities Accomplish a full range of acquisition program management tasks

Assist with the development and maintenance of all manner of program documentation.

Support the review of proposals and, as assigned by the customer, in a non-voting advisory role for program source selections.

Support coordination of documentation between functional organizations inside and outside the program office.

Support program milestone planning and preparation. Contractor personnel shall support risk management and process improvement. Support meetings internal and external to the program office.

Support evaluation and communication of program progress in writing, in briefings

Develop and coordinate responses to taskers in response to internal and external program inquiries.#LI-JA1

Minimum Qualifications Twenty (20) years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Master’s degree; OR Minimum of 25 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 30 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience.

Active TS/SCI clearance

Ten (10) of these years must have been in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I or ACAT II DoD acquisition program.

Four (4) years’ experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment.

Must have experience developing and coordinating DoD 5000.02 acquisition milestone plans and associated reporting documentation for one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs.

Experience preparing documentation, presentation materials, and staff packages to support acquisition milestone coordination and decisions.

Experience managing the quality review and stand up of manufacturing capability in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development phase. Experience managing in the Production phase on an ACAT I or equivalent…
