We are looking for an exceptional Senior Vice President of Operations with an earned path to become our next COO. This individual will lead multiple markets and teams, drive operational and financial performance, and help shape the future growth of the organization.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance.

We are looking for a Field General.

• Own operational execution across multiple markets and business units.
• Ensure teams consistently execute company systems, processes, and standards.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.

• Spend significant time in the field with teams—not behind a desk managing through reports.
• Understand what is happening at the frontline and take action quickly when performance is off track.
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to help the team win.

• Develop a deep bench of future leaders capable of taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Use data, analytics, and business insight to make sound decisions and drive measurable results.

• A proven track record running multi-unit organizations, divisions, regions, or business units with both sales and operational responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex teams and developing high-performing leaders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and willingness to personally engage when the business or team needs it.
• Preferably, experience leading analytics, project management, process improvement, or similar teams in addition to significant operations leadership.
