Production Planner

• Craft and manage detailed production schedules that deliver results
• Drive inventory efficiency using VMI and KANBAN strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, quality, sales, and operations to keep production flowing
• Optimize ERP system settings—WIP, safety stock, lead times—to maximize accuracy and minimize waste
• Lead the charge in aligning manufacturing and logistics with evolving customer requirements
• Ensure material accuracy, reconcile inventory, and support seamless volume manufacturing
• Track and improve performance metrics to elevate on-time delivery, inventory health, and responsiveness
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all production processes

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or production planning
• Confidence working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities—you’re the hub that connects the wheel
