CNC Setup Machinist

Job Title

Machinist 2nd shift working four 10 hour days – Pay $30 to $35 an hour

We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team, responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes, performing dry runs on new programs, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet customer prints and specifications. The successful candidate will also be tasked with adjusting offsets as needed.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes.
• Perform dry runs on new programs.
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with customer prints and specifications.
• Adjust offsets as required.

• 2+ years experience interpreting blueprints, detailed customer drawings, and specifications.
• 2+ years performing CNC setups with live tooling.
• 2+ years experience adjusting offsets and performing minor programming.
• 2+ years conducting quality checks using micrometers, dial calipers, thread gages, and verniers.
• 2+ years of CNC Lathe experience, including manual machine operation.

• 2+ years experience setting up and operating manual machines is a plus.

Pay range: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Fully onsite position located in Moraine, OH.

Contract to Hire position based out of Moraine, OH.
