We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up and Operator to join our team in Dayton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating both horizontal and vertical CNC mills, a dependable vehicle, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Location: Dayton, OH 45403

• Set up and operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills efficiently and accurately.
• Operate machines primarily equipped with Haas and Fanuc controls.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure precision in all machining tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work overtime as required to meet production deadlines.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in CNC mill set-up and operation.
• Proficient in performing set-ups; programming will be provided.
• Experience with Haas and Fanuc control systems preferred.
• Dependable transportation to and from work is required.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
