Hires, Inc. is seeking an Advanced CAM Programmer and Machining Optimization Engineer in Dayton, OH. You will translate prints and GD&T into stable, high-throughput CNC processes, and continuously refine them with machinists, programmers, and automation techs.
You will own the development, prove-out, and optimization of CNC machining processes for production, using Mastercam and other CAM tools to craft toolpaths, posts, and strategies that improve cycle time, tool life, quality, and OEE.
