Job Description & How to Apply Below
Turnkey CNC Manufacturing Integration Engineer Join us to architect production‑ready CNC and automation systems that set new benchmarks for speed, repeatability, and quality. Your mission: compress cycle time, raise throughput, and harden processes so they run right—every time.

Your Mandate Own CNC process creation: program, prove‑out, and optimize for robust, repeatable production.

Author and refine CNC programs in Mastercam and other CAM platforms; develop toolpaths and posts.

Design machining strategies, cutting parameters, tooling, work holding, and fixtures.

Lift existing process performance—cycle time, OEE, tool life, quality—through data‑driven improvements.

Deliver turnkey machining and automation solutions from concept through production release.

Execute and support machine prove‑outs, run‑offs, installations, and customer acceptance.

Diagnose and resolve issues: part quality, tool wear, chatter, dimensional variation, chip control, machine performance.

Partner with CNC programmers, machinists, controls engineers, automation techs, and customers to remove constraints.

Standardize processes and produce clear documentation for production use.

Select cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding; define strategies for new parts and families.

Mine production data to surface improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities.

Integrate CNC assets with robotics, automated material handling, and manufacturing systems.

Support commissioning and production launches for machines and automated cells.

Plan and run tests; capture results, lessons learned, and provide recommendations.

Provide on‑site troubleshooting and optimization support when needed.

Continuously scan advancements in machining, tooling, CAM, and best practices.

End‑to‑End Ownership (Turnkey)
You’ll engineer the full value stream, not just the G‑code:

Part handling and material flow Machine selection and configurationCNC programming

Tool selection and management

Workholding and fixturing

Robotics and machine tending

Cycle‑time optimization

Chip and coolant management

Inspection and quality requirements

Process reliability and repeatability

Operator interaction

Production throughput

The outcome: a faster, more reliable, more profitable manufacturing process.

Who You Are Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Several years of CNC programming and machining in production settings.

Expertise across milling and/or turning.

Proven ability to build and optimize production CNC programs.

Depth in tooling, feeds/speeds, fixturing, and machining fundamentals.

Structured troubleshooting approach to process problems.

Hands‑on at the machine during programming, prove‑out, and optimization.

Analytical thinker; strong problem‑solving skills.

Ability to read prints, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation.

Clear communicator; strong collaborator with customers and cross‑functional teams.

Willing to travel and work within active manufacturing environments.

Bonus Points Mastercam—programming, toolpath development, optimization, post‑processing HAAS and/or Okuma CNC platforms

Fanuc controls

Multi‑axis (4‑/5‑axis) machiningCNC turning and milling

High‑speed machining

Complex fixturing/work holding design

Robotic machine tending

Automated material handlingCNC machine integration and machine vision

Process simulation and verification

Tool management and tool‑life optimization

Production machining environments
